Does the system work offline if the internet drops?

Yes. The POS runs locally on your hardware — it doesn't need an internet connection to take orders, print receipts, or send tickets to the kitchen. Data syncs to the cloud automatically when connectivity is restored.

Is the system UAE VAT compliant?

Yes. All receipts include the required UAE VAT breakdown, your TRN number, and are formatted per FTA requirements. The system generates VAT reports that can be exported directly for your quarterly filing.
