Is the system WPS-compliant and accepted by the Ministry of Labour?

Can it handle gratuity for employees who have worked different durations?

Absolutely. The gratuity calculation engine follows UAE Labour Law Article 132 — 21 days for the first 5 years and 30 days for each subsequent year. It handles partial year calculations, termination vs. resignation scenarios, and limited vs. unlimited contracts.

How does the biometric attendance integration work?

We integrate with leading biometric device brands (ZKTeco, Hikvision, Suprema) via their SDK or TCP/IP connection. Alternatively, employees can use the mobile app with GPS geo-fencing for field staff. All attendance data flows directly into payroll.
